See our official class schedule for classes that are currently open for registration. Web courses teach students how to plan, design, execute, and launch web pages. Learn "static web page" technologies such as HTML/XHTML, the latest Cascading Style Sheet technologies, and powerful commercial web editors such as Dreamweaver/Fireworks. Then, create "dynamic" and interactive web pages using JavaScript, XML, PHP, and Cold Fusion. Web Accessibility - 508. Building accessible web sites is now both federal and Maryland state law. Use in-class text readers to design and test your web pages. Learn how to accommodate those with vision impairments, color deficits, hearing impairments, or other challenges. Students can supplement their web track with other Web Applications and database courses such as Access for Programmers, VB.NET, ASP.NET, PHP/MySQL, and Perl scripting. Students can also add popular Photoshop and Flash animation skills |
