Increase proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Explore special header and footer techniques, paste special, document comparison, e-mail features, envelopes, columns, styles, and more advanced use of tables in MS Word. Learn to use special printing, date, logic, and financial functions in MS Excel including more advanced chart design techniques. Use slide masters, sound, video, automatic timed presentations, slide tables, action buttons, hyperlinks, and advanced slide designs to enhance your PowerPoint presentations. More advanced query types (duplicate and unmatched queries) and criteria involving single and multiple data sources will be covered in MS Access, as well as using simple and advanced query calculations, inclusion of calculated controls in data manipulation, and forms/reports design.

Course Content:
- Apply MS Word 2003 page numbering and document alignment formatting techniques, edit documents using Word's merge and compare feature, design and modify tables and newspaper columns, and use the special envelope, label, header and footer features in documents.
- Use special date, financial, and logic functions in MS Excel 2003, modify and enhance charts, apply special worksheet and printing features to include page alignment and print scaling.
- Enhance PowerPoint 2003 visual presentations, manage and apply multiple slide masters, create and customize PowerPoint shows by automating slide transitions, and incorporating sound and video.
- Extract records using query criteria statements, use advanced query criteria including the use of aggregate statistical functions, unmatched queries, and modifying Access 2003 forms and reports to include the use of calculated controls.
