Course Description:

Enterprise programming is about building dynamic Web sites that query server-side databases. Learn Java EE Platform Enterprise Edition (Java EE) programming used in today's Java-based enterprise and government systems. Build server-side programs using JSP, Servlets, Java Beans. Explore Java APIs used by server-side applications. Topics also include Cookies, Sessions, Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) for portable access to corporate databases, Java Naming and Directory Interface (JNDI) for locating system resources, JavaBeans and the MVC (Model 2) architectue to separate content from presentation.

Prerequisites: Java Level III or equivalent experience, and basic html knowledge.
