Prerequisites: Ruby on Rails, Level I or equivalent experience.
Course Number of Hours: 15
- Apply Ruby on Rails’ Active Record relational database mapping features to handle databases;
- Combine Rails’ Action Pack Library to add Model-View-Controller features to web applications;
- Apply Rails’ Representational State Transfer (RESTful) client-server controllers and resources for efficient communications between web client and server computers (client-server interfacing);
- Test and validate databases and web application information using Rails’ built-in and custom validation methods.
