PHP Level I, CMP910

PHP is an open-source programming language widely used to extend the capabilities of HTML documents and create dynamic Web applications. Upon successful completion of the course each student will learn how to create PHP script files, embed PHP scripts within HTML files, use HTML forms to collect data for PHP script, and locate free, open-source resources for PHP via the Web.

Technology update: Please bring a Flash Drive/Memory Stick 512MB or larger to class which will enable you to save your class work.

Classroom Hours: 15 Tuition waiver applies; seniors pay fee only.

Textbook: Books may be purchased at the MC Bookstore Takoma, or online. You will need to know the CMP#(Continuing Education classes) for the class you are taking in order to look up information about the textbook. Please bring your textbook to the first class session.
