MC Library Catalog offers the option to truncate a search. Truncation allows the researcher to do one search for multiple endings of keywords instead of searching for each ending separately. To do a truncation search you will use a truncation symbol to locate all forms of the word. In MC Library Catalog the truncation symbol is a question mark(?).

For example, ethic?, all possible multiple endings will be retrieved.

"ethic" or "ethical" or "ethically" or "ethics" or "ethicist"
