              Journal and Magazine Articles: Step 2

Articles in journals and magazines will vary as to the citation information available.  Some journals and magazines use continuous

paging throughout all the issues of a volume; others start each issue at page 1.  Citations for articles from electronic databases need to include: the date your retrieved the article and the doi number of the article.  If no DOI number is assigned to the

article,give the home page URL of the journal or magazine.  Below and on the following pages are some examples.
