Troubleshooting

Your first search may not always retrieve the ARTICLES you need, or it may find far more articles than you have time to review. Luckily, there are a number of things you can do to improve your results.

Before using the techniques listed below, check to make sure you haven't made a keying error (see examples).

If you don't find enough good articles, try the following:

Use truncation TRUNCATION truncating words
Use the best terms BEST TERMS finding the best terms
