According to Section VIII of the Student Code of Conduct, 42001CP:

"Academic dishonesty or Misconduct (sic) can occur in many ways.  Some common forms include:

  • Cheating on assignments or examinations

  • Plagiarizing from written, video, or Internet resources [Emphasis added.]

  • Using tests or written material without permission

  • Forgery

  • Submitting materials that are not the student's own [Emphasis added.]

  • Taking examinations in the place of another student, including assessment tests

  • Assisting others in committing academic dishonesty

  • Failing to use quotation marks for directly quoted material unless using block quotes or other accepted formats [Emphasis added.]

  • Copying from another student during an examination."
