MC Symphony Orchestra to Perform March 22 Concert
On Monday, March 22, at 8 p.m., Montgomery Collegeís Music Department will present a concert by the MC Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Martha Goldstein. The concert will be held in Robert E. Parilla Performing Arts Center on the Rockville Campus. Admission is free and open to the public.
The eveningís program will include Mendelssohnís Konzertstuck No. 2 for two clarinets (clarinet soloists: Phil Jehle and James Bensinger), Elgarís Sea Pictures (soloist: Molly Donnelly, mezzo-soprano) and Schumannís Symphony No. 3.
