Israeli Storyteller to Perform at Montgomery College April 27
Noa Baum to Deliver Narrative, “A Land Twice Promised,” at Rockville Campus

Storyteller Noa Baum will perform her one-woman show, “A Land Twice Promised,” April 27 at 7 p.m. in the Theatre Arts Arena on the Rockville Campus of Montgomery College, located at 51 Mannakee Street, Rockville, Md. This event is free and open to the public.

"A Land Twice Promised," a 70-minute show, takes a look at life in Jerusalem from both sides of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.  Baum, who was born and raised in Israel, based her show on her extended dialogue with a Palestinian woman with whom she became close friends.

Baum teaches and performs for audiences of all ages at schools, libraries, community centers, and Jewish congregations. She has a B.F.A. in theater from Tel Aviv University and a M.A. in educational theater from New York University. She currently lives in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and is a member of the National Storytelling Network. You can learn more about Noa Baum at
