Montgomery College Offers New Noncredit, Continuing Education Classes
Noncredit Schedule of Classes Now Available Online and In Print
Montgomery College’s fall schedule of noncredit classes is now available online and at locations around the county. The noncredit classes, offered through the College’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education unit, are designed for adults seeking business training, work skill development, or enrichment as well as young adults seeking driver’s education.
The new schedule features dozens of new classes once offered by Montgomery County Public Schools’ Adult Education. Montgomery College Workforce Development and Continuing Education will teach courses in American Sign Language and foreign languages, such as French, German, Italian, and Spanish, personal finance, computer skills, small business development, parenting, and SAT preparation.
“Montgomery College is proud to continue the tradition of quality adult education programming started by Montgomery County Public Schools’ Adult Education,” said George Payne, vice president of Montgomery College Workforce Development and Continuing Education. “We will continue to provide the classes at convenient neighborhood sites, plus we will provide course linkages for students interested in pursuing their education through Montgomery College’s full range of offerings.”
