What: The presidents of the University of Maryland, Montgomery College and Prince George’s Community College will announce a new program to assure qualified transfer students early access and smoother transfer to the state’s flagship university.  The presidents will seal the deal during a special signing ceremony.

Assuring access to higher education is expected to become an even more critical issue over the next decade as the number of college-age students in Maryland skyrockets.
