Time to Register for Montgomery College’s Spring 2009 Semester

Registration is now underway for Montgomery College’s spring 2009 semester. Students are encouraged to register as soon as possible for the best choice of classes. Most spring classes begin during the week of January 26, 2009.

Montgomery College offers credit courses in more than 100 degree and certificate programs at its three campuses—Germantown, Rockville, and Takoma Park/Silver Spring—as well as through online courses and some off-site locations. Many late-starting classes of shorter duration, including ones that start in February and March, are also being offered for the spring semester.

Both online and on-site registration services are available. Web registration is available all day and has immediate confirmation. In-person registration offices are normally open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Montgomery College and its registration offices will be closed during the winter holidays, December 24–January 1. During this time, online registration will remain available.

On-site registration at the Germantown Campus is held in the Sciences and Applied Studies Building, 20200 Observation Drive; at the Rockville Campus in the Student Services Building, 51 Mannakee Street; and at the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus in the Student Services Center, located at the intersection of Fenton Street and New York Avenue.
