Schmincke: "Awakening Your Leadership Potential"
May 2 Presentation,
Book Signing at College's Germantown Campus
Montgomery College-Germantown, the
Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce and SAGA Worldwide,
LLC, will co-sponsor a special presentation on Wednesday, May 2,
entitled: "Samurai Success: Awakening Your Leadership
Potential," featuring Don Schmincke, a nationally recognized
speaker on executive leadership. The program will run from
4:30-7 p.m. at Montgomery College's Germantown Campus, in room
216 of the High Technology and Science Center, 20200 Observation
Drive.
Mr. Schmincke's executive leadership work
has been recognized by CNN, The Wall Street Journal, USA
Today, and the American Management Association. His
workshops have advanced thousands of executives toward
extraordinary results, with timeless methods and ancient wisdom.
A graduate of MIT and Johns Hopkins University, Schmincke is on
the faculty of Johns Hopkins, where, he notes, that he
"practices his unconventional techniques on unsuspecting
graduate students."
The author of The Code of the
Executive: Forty-Seven Ancient Samurai Principles Essential for
21st Century Leadership, Mr. Schmincke will be
signing his books before and after his leadership presentation.
The event begins at 4 p.m., with on-site registration, light
refreshments and networking. Registration is $35 for non-members
of the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber and $25 for members.
Thanks to the support of business sponsors, Montgomery College
students will be admitted free, with proper student
identification.
Pre-registration by April 30 is
encouraged. For information and to register, contact the
Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber at 301-840-1400. |
