Now entering its 24th season, Montgomery College’s Summer Dinner Theatre will hold auditions for the 2001 season from May 10 through May 13 in the Theatre Arts Building, Rockville Campus. The Summer Dinner Theatre 2001 season features the musicals, The Pirates of Penzance and 42nd Street.

Summer Dinner Theatre is a college-level course that focuses on the production of musical theatre in a dinner theatre setting. Although a college course, Summer Dinner Theatre welcomes talented high school students, as well as interested community members, to audition for this intense 10-week theatrical experience. Performances, also in the Theatre Arts Building, will be held for six weekends beginning with June 22.

Anyone interested in technical positions may interview for positions with the program on Friday, May 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. or Saturday, May 12 from 1 to 3 p.m.
