Montgomery County State’s Attorney Doug Gansler will be the guest speaker of the Montgomery College Criminal Justice Department on Wednesday, October 6, 9:30 a.m., in the Theatre Arts Building on the College’s Rockville Campus, 51 Mannakee Street.
