Community Leader Will Help Chart Work Force Training Direction
Timothy Hall, president of the Chelsea School, community leader, and former chair of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, was recently named to chair the Montgomery College Continuing Education Provost’s Advisory Board.
The Provost’s Advisory Board comprises business and community leaders from across Montgomery County, and was formed to help the Office of Continuing Education keep current with and better respond to the region’s emerging work force development needs.
In naming Hall as chair, Dr. Percy Thomas, provost, Continuing Education, stated, "A well-trained and competent staff is the competitive advantage in today’s marketplace. We look forward to the direction and leadership Hall will contribute to our board as Continuing Education seeks to provide affordable, convenient, practical educational and training opportunities to the citizens of Montgomery County."
