Montgomery College Lifelong Learning Institute’s Spring Schedule Available
Continuing Education Courses Designed for Adults 50 Years Old and Over

Older adults looking to enhance their education or simply expand their horizons should check out the courses, ranging from home and garden to history, personal finance, photography, astronomy and archaeology, offered through Montgomery College’s Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI).

The spring 2005 LLI schedule of classes is now available at all libraries, senior and community centers in Montgomery County. The publication lists non-credit continuing education classes for older adults, ages 50 and over.  In addition, it includes helpful registration information and forms.

The LLI is part of Montgomery College’s Workforce Development & Continuing Education unit.  Its classes cover a wide range of subjects, including interior design, calligraphy, foreign languages, piano, computers and writing.  The LLI also offers international travel for seniors, and online classes that you can take from home.

Registration is currently underway for all classes. Residents interested in receiving a free guide by mail and being placed on the mailing list should call Suzi Thom at 301-353-7809.  To view the schedule of classes online, log on to: and click on Continuing Education.
