School of Art and Design at Montgomery College Offering Creative Technology Classes in Digital Design, Web and Video

The School of Art and Design at Montgomery College will offer creative technology classes this summer in digital design, Web design, and digital video. The three-session, noncredit continuing education courses will be held Saturdays at the School of Art and Design, 10500 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring, Md., a mile north of the Beltway. Tuition for Montgomery County residents is $130 plus a $100 fee. Non-residents add $140. The five courses are:

  • iMovie: Learning Digital Video on Macintosh OSX, July 23–August 6, 1–5 p.m., taught by Richard Jaeggi 
  • Digital Photography and Photoshop, July 2–16, 1–5 p.m., taught by Randy Morgan
  • Flash MX: How to Produce a Digital Portfolio, July 2–July 16, 9 a.m.–1 p.m., taught by Randy Morgan
  • Dreamweaver MX: Create a Web Page, July 23–August 6, 1–5 p.m., taught by Randy Morgan 
  • Flash MX: Basic Web site Multimedia, August 13–27, 1–5 p.m., taught by Randy Morgan
