News Release Date: September 12, 2007 Montgomery College Lifelong Learning Institute’s Fall Schedule Available
Older adults looking to enhance their education or simply expand their horizons will find a wide variety of courses to match their interests through Montgomery College’s Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI), a program of the College’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education unit. Course offerings include such varied subjects as languages, literature, music, interior design, history, personal finance, photography, writing, and archaeology. The Lifelong Learning Institute’s fall 2007 schedule of classes is now available at all Montgomery College campuses, Montgomery County public libraries, and area senior centers. The publication lists noncredit continuing education classes for older adults, ages 50 and over. In addition, it includes helpful registration information and forms. Registration is currently underway for all classes. Residents interested in receiving a free guide by mail and being placed on the mailing list should call Suzi Thom at 240-567-7809.
