| The program admits
eighty-eight (88) new students for the fall semester and eighty-eight (88) new students for the spring semester Nursing Information Sessions For those interested in the Nursing Program at Montgomery College,
the information sessions cover essential material that prospective students need to know
regarding the Nursing Program. They are held on the first
Monday of each month (NOT in January or July) in the Health Sciences Building
promptly at 5:00 pm
and last approximately 1 hour. |

Admission to Montgomery College is open to all. To be
admitted as a matriculating student in the nursing program, you must
If you have not attended Montgomery College before, your first step in the admissions process is to see a counselor in the Admissions Office. Call

Nursing is one of
the College curricula that has a limit on the number of students who may
be admitted. If there are more applicants for nursing than can be
admitted, specific selection criteria have been established by the Board
of Trustees. Contact the Admissions Office at the Takoma Park/Silver
Spring
Campus, 240-567-1501, or the Nursing Program for additional information. Additional information regarding Admission Procedures is detailed in the instructions for the Application Form Check information regarding the challenge option for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN), experienced paramedics, EMTs and military corpsmen with appropriate experience.
