Our Mission

In support of the Montgomery College mission to be a high quality teaching and learning institution, the Office of Human Resources partners with the College community to provide a broad array of programs and services.

We are committed to providing excellent service. We partner with our leadership to recruit and retain a highly qualified diverse faculty and staff; facilitate positive employee relations; and educate to enhance employee skills, performance, wellness, work-life balance, and job satisfaction. We create and implement innovative programs and advanced technical systems to increase organizational effectiveness. We design and deliver fair, competitive benefit and compensation programs by maintaining a climate of trust, confidence, and sensitivity to the needs of everyone.
