The Office of the Vice President for Planning and Institutional Effectiveness serves as the catalyst for planning, policy development, and assessment
activities at
Montgomery
College.
It provides guidance to administrators, faculty, and staff by:
§
Leading the review and
updating of the College mission, goals, and objectives.
§ Coordinating the College Area Review and Outcomes Assessment processes.
§
Leading long-range,
strategic, and tactical planning processes.
§
Assisting in campus
planning activities as requested.
§
Coordinating the
development and maintenance of College policies and procedures.
