The Executive Committee (EC)  is  sub-group of the full task force, consisting of critical stakeholders and subject matter experts that share and represent the interests of the larger group.   The EC serves an administrative, task-oriented function by advising and informing decisions related to the content, design, and overall development of the Task Force’s final recommendations and its corresponding report.

The purpose of the Planning Committee (PC) is to design, plan, and organize the various meetings and forums, ensuring that they effectively meet the desired outcomes and adhere to the project plan.  The PC consists of the Task Force co-chairs, resource staff, and the facilitators/process consultants.

The Facilitators/Process Consultants serve two key roles: 1) advising and guiding Task Force co-chairs, resource staff, and planning committee members on appropriate processes and strategies for effective group interactions; 2) supporting the TF co-chairs during meetings by facilitating discussions, ensuring that process and content are effectively managed, and results are maximized.
