Foreign Language Classes for Personal Interest

Foreign Language classes can help you realize your goal of learning Spanish, Farsi, French, Italian, German, Russian, Mandarin or American Sign Language, without worrying about grades or big exams. See course schedule, or for more information our Brochure in .pdf format. In most languages, all levels are taught, from beginner to advanced. The goal of our language courses is to help you communicate in the language as quickly as possible. Part of every class is devoted to conversation practice; grammar is taught to support this goal of communication.

You will be delighted with how much you are able to say, even after the first class.

Future offerings may include Arabic, Spanish for Heritage Speakers and Vietnamese for Heritage Speakers.

You can choose from a variety of locations, days and times. Most classes are held in Montgomery County Public Schools in your community.

Foreign Languages, Quick Skills for the Workplace

Instituto Hispano de Negocios Entranamiento, or the Hispanic Business & Training Institute offers bilingual training in Spanish for the workplace. See class schedule. A wide array of bilingual training classes designed for local business are available including Small Business Development, Food Safety Certification, OSHA for the construction industry, QuickBooks and Loan Officer Training. Many of the classes can be customized to meet the specific needs of area businesses.

Also offered is Command Spanish ® a program designed for communicating in Spanish in the workplace. Contract training classes include Spanish for Landscaping and Nurseries, School Administrators, Construction, Hotel and Motel Staff, Bank Tellers, as well as customized classes to fit the needs of your employees.
