Summer 2013 programs include Wellness, Home and Garden, Personal Finance, Art (Some classes have printable Supply Lists), Music, Literature, Photography, Religion, Writing, Career & Employment Skills for ages 50+, and more.

Career and Work Skills for people age 50+
Find Your Strengths—Find Your Future, ILL597
What are you good at? What are your natural and
work–related strengths? This course will help you
discover and match them with career areas in which
you would be most successful.
Market Yourself for Employment, ILL598
Why should an employer hire you? This class will
teach you strategies for an effective job search,
résumé writing, and the latest self–marketing and
networking techniques. You will learn how to bypass
50+ stereotypes and deliver winning responses on
interviews.
LinkedIn for Employment ILL593
This class will help job seekers successfully create
and manage a LinkedIn profile and use many of the
site’s tools to find their next employment opportunity.
