I have been teaching in the Mathematics Department of the Rockville Campus since Fall 2001. I graduated magna cum laude from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1992 with a B.S. in Mathematics and received my M.A. and Ph.D. in Mathematics from Washington University in St Louis in 1995 and 1998 respectively. My Ph.D. thesis was in the field of Commutative Algebra and investigated the relationship between Projective Modules and Complete Intersection Ideals.

Past professional experiences include teaching at Harris-Stowe State College and Mineral Area Community College in Missouri.
