transplantation.
	The lottery is defensible on utilitarian grounds or grounds of rational self-
interest. The greatest number of people would be saved and enjoy increased 
longevity.
	The selection of healthy individuals could be done randomly by computer. 
Enforcement of the computer-generated selections could be done by secret police.
