Professor Fox has been at Montgomery College since 1981 and holds the rank of full professor. He teaches a range of economics and philosophy courses. Before coming to Montgomery he had a career as a middle manager with the U.S. Government. He has also taught at the University of Maryland, Hood College and Mount Saint Mary's College. He organized his own software company and served as a consultant to numerous business, labor and governmental entities.

Professor Fox is a world traveler and adventurer. His hobbies include fly fishing, cooking, skiing, and the Japanese martial arts.
