Fritzi Bodenheimer is an assistant professor of speech in the Department of Speech, Dance and Theater on the Rockville campus, and co-author of The Woman's Public Speaking Handbook. She primarily teaches Fundamentals of Communication and Business and Professional Speech. In addition, Ms. Bodenheimer has taught classes at Prince George's and Northern Virginia Community Colleges, the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Professor Bodenheimer has also conducted communication skills workshops in the Washington DC metro area for the Social Action and Leadership School, Georgetown University Medical Center, George Washington University and Hospital, Women of Washington, the Whitman Walker Clinic, the American Medical Student Association and many others.

She is a graduate of Boston University (B.S.) and University of North Carolina at Greensboro (MA).
