Overview

The CSIIT Department of the Montgomery College is proud to host the 2010 CSIIT Programming Competition. The competition brings talented students from all high schools to the Montgomery College, Rockville campus to participate in a programming competition. Schools may bring four teams, but no more than 3 students per team. The other students are welcome but are not allowed to participate in contest. Each team will demonstrate their programming skills and problem-solving abilities by attempting to solve a number of programming problems. There is no cost to participate in the competition. This event will be filmed and broadcasted on MC TV (Channel 10). Registration including information about participants, coaches, and high-school contact information must be completed by April 9th.

Submission: You can only submit one source code file for each problem, in JAVA.
Detailed directions will be handed out at the contest.
During the competition, the computers will be running Microsoft Windows. Contestants may write programs in Java. Eclipse 3.5 and TextPad will be available for Java programming. Sun JDK version 1.6 or newer (as a DOS command line program) will be used for processing Java programs under Windows. No other programming environment or language may be used.
