Welcome to Montgomery College

Montgomery College is Maryland’s oldest community college.  Campuses are located in Takoma Park, Rockville, and Germantown Maryland.  Montgomery College is an open-access, public education institution dedicated to academic excellence and committed to student success. 

 

Key responsibilities

My primary responsibility is teaching.  I teach the following courses:

*   CA151 Introduction to Spreadsheet Applications

In addition to teaching I have worked on several alternative assignments.  Most recently I worked as an Administrative Associate with  Mrs. Clarice Somersall in the Workforce Development and Continuing Education Area on several special projects.

Biographical Information

I grew up in Haverhill Massachusetts, a small town forty miles northwest of Boston. I went to undergraduate school at Merrimack College and moved to the Washington Metropolitan Area after college.  Herndon Virginia has been my home for the last 20 years.  I have three children who are native Virginians.  Two of my children still live in Northern Virginia and one lives in Indiana.
