Raymond J. Kimball  is  a  Montgomery  College  Associate  Professor and  Project  Manager of MC's graduate retraining and internship program in the computer sciences,  TechLEAP/WebLEAP.  He completed the College's Web Certificate program in 2000.   Prof. Kimball designs and teaches web technology courses for the College's Information Technology Institute (ITI) and its credit programs.   He is also an attorney -- telecommunications, copyright, corporate and business planning,  and he frequently lectures on Copyright Law and digital technologies.
