Lab Project Assignment

This course will build a practice web site incorporating accessiblity features during class. After incorporating accessiblity features you should load the page to your web4students web site for this course, link it into your home page, and test the page in an accessibility checker or a text reader.  Your web site should consist of:

  • A home page - index.html
  • A data table, such as the tutor schedule we will provide
  • A form (interactive form if you have taken Advanced HTML or JavaScript. We will provide the CGI/PERL script. Upload the files to your site according to the essay provided above.)
  • A multimedia file, including audio and your best attempt at a "synchronized" or "simultanous" text display or alternate equivalent. (Yes, we know this is hard -- give it a try in Flash or with a Multimedia file).
  • An accessible PDF file or form using Acrobat and Live Cycle forms.
