Montgomery College uses a collaborative approach to providing comprehensive career planning services to students and alumni. By combining expertise, resources, and support from Student Employment Services, Counseling/Advising, academic departments and other affiliated units, we empower individuals to make and implement well-conceived career plans.

Recognizing that career development is a life-long process, we strive to help students engage in self-assessment, occupational exploration, decision-making, goal-setting, self-marketing, job search skills, and developing meaningful connections in the workplace.
