Design is everywhere! Explore forward-thinking interior design. This class is a hands-on, project-based course that allows you to become a spatial problem solver and help develop design solutions with your peers. You will exercise room design, color interpretations, cost estimating, and interviewing skills. This is a fast-paced “crash course” in interior design where technical knowledge is applicable to various design fields. This course will provide an overview of what is expected in the design field. We will discuss current energy innovations, Smart Home technology, Universal design, green design, and current trends in the industry.
