Description

Biotechnology and diversity of organizations go hand in hand. Biotechnology allows scientists to organize animals into patterns and categories and identify/classify them, whether the animal is known or unknown. In recent times biotechnology techniques have enabled crime solving, paternity, testing, cloning of cells leading to reproduction with male gametes, production of insulin for diabetics, and growth factors.  In this camp, you will master DNA extraction, solve paternity issues and problems and bone mysteries, master microscope use and care, discover the various organisms that share our planet, develop your critical thinking ability and skills and study world cultures through video workshops. Instructor: Ijeoma Otigbuo
