Registration Forms and Payments

 

REGISTRATION FORMS

 

 

In order to be registered for CLEP, we need TWO FORMS:  please fill out the Montgomery College CLEP registration form  and the CLEP form.  You may submit them by US mail, fax or in person; see below.

and

2. CLEP registr form.pdf

 

NOTE:  CLEP test fee is $70 as of July 1, 2008.

 

PAYMENTS - NO CASH!

 Payment of the $25 registration fee made out to Montgomery College is by credit card, check or money order.

Payment of the $70 test fee made out to CLEP is by credit card, check or money order.

 

 

PAYING BY CHECK?

 

 Checks or money orders must accompany your CLEP registration forms.

1. If paying the $25 registration fee by check or money order, make it payable to Montgomery College and attach and submit it with your completed Montgomery College registration form.

2. If paying the $70 CLEP test fee by check or money order, make it payable to CLEP and attach and submit it with your completed CLEP registration form.

 

"Optional Essay" Fee:

If you are taking one of the exams which includes an optional essay and you have chosen to do the optional essay, that additional $10 fee should be recorded on the Montgomery College registration form.  Make out an additional check to Montgomery College for $10.  FOREIGN LANGUAGE TESTS (French, German, Spanish) do not have optional essays.

 

 

SUBMIT YOUR FORMS AND PAYMENTS

 

Submit the MC-CLEP form and the CLEP form AND payment(s) one of 3 ways:

1. By mail: Montgomery College, CLEP, Room HS 235, 20200 Observation Drive, Germantown, MD 20876 OR

2. By fax, only if paying by credit card: 240-567-7871 OR

3. In person: Germantown Campus, Room HS235
