WELCOME MESSAGE
Welcome to MA131 - Elementary Mathematics II: Geometry and Algebra,
Welcome to Mathematics for Elementary School Teachers. This is one of the three required mathematics courses for certification. The theme for the course is geometry. You will become aware of the geometry all around you. This knowledge will help you make geometry and all of mathematics come alive for your students.
The course moves along at a pretty good pace so you need to keep up and ask questions as they arise.
Enjoy the course and keep me posted on any difficulties you may have so that we can all reach the end of the semester successfully and with a real appreciation of mathematics and especially geometry.
