Maryland Distance Learning Association is accepting award nominations for various distance learning categories, including best course and educator of the year. Awards will be presented at the March 4, 2010 MDLA spring event. Conference workshop proposals are also being accepted.
Anna Deadrick of Rockville Campus recently won a gift card for providing input into the title, theme and tracks for the 2010 conference.

Impatica allows you to easily convert media-rich PowerPoint presentations into compressed file formats that are easily delivered over the Internet. Your presentations can be converted into asynchronous, interactive tutorials that include narrations, animations, and other forms of multimedia without an increase in download time.
The Learning Technologies Committee is featuring Impatica as its November Technology of the Month. Training sessions have been scheduled at each of the campuses.
