1. View the Elluminate Outlook Calendar to determine if there are sufficient seats available on the date and time of your event. We have a 50 seat capacity. The 51st participant will not be able to enter the class meeting room. To view the Elluminate Calendar from your MC desk:
- If at your campus computer, go to your Outlook Calendar
- Select the Open a Shared Calendar link on the left
- Type Elluminate in the open a shared calendar window
- Go to the date and time you want to reserve
- Make sure there are enough seats available
2. Send an email request to:

3. Make this request at least 48 hours before your class session/meeting. A course/meeting room will be created. Your event will be added in the Elluminate Calendar.
3. You will receive an Elluminate email indicating the date, time, and duration of the meeting along with a link to your session. Check to make sure it is accurate. Forward this email all participants. You might also add the following links in the email for participants new to Elluminate.
