If you have a problem with (or a question about) a WebCT course delivery site and you need to contact our office or one of the Sungard technical support staff, please include the number of the course (e.g., PY102) and the CRN (e.g., 22284).

 

When we log on as administrators, we see a list of hundreds of sites. Without the course name and the CRN, we have to do a lot of research before we can even find the site you're referring to.
