Biography
Tiffany Banks is an Associate Professor of Communication at Montgomery College where
she has been a faculty member since 2015. Dr. Banks brings over 10 years of experience
in higher education and takes pride in providing high-impact experiences for students
– in particular, community engagement projects that address environmental justice
and food insecurity in the State of Maryland.

Biography
I began my teaching career in 1997 at Georgia State University and then went on to teach at Georgia Perimeter College before joining the faculty at Montgomery College in 2007. I have been a Smithsonian Faculty Fellow and a Fellow in the United Nations Sustainable Development program at MC. Biography
Has been teaching Foundations of Communications at Montgomery College since Fall 2012 at all three campuses. Has been teaching Introduction to Speech 205 and Public Speaking 403 at Catholic University of America in the Speech and Drama Department since Fall of 2016. Before teaching, he had 30 years of national and international special event production and cirque/circus touring shows. Prof. McNelis founded, produced and directed Tomfoolery Inc.'s "Cirque Voila!" theatre show, which had 5 national tours between 2002 and 2011. He produced and directed the Kim-Tom International Clown Festival in Shanghai, China in 2007 tackling 100 performers and 10 staff persons there for an eight week series of cultural exchanges, performances and public classes in clowning/physical comedy that reached over 300,000 persons. Has taught and studied Taekwondo at Sensei Martial Arts since 2001, reaching the level of third degree black belt.Educational Background
