Air Force ROTC Program for Engineering Students

Montgomery College is associated with the Air Force ROTC program at the University of Maryland College Parknew window. Students enrolled full-time at MC may apply to participate in the AFROTC program. The AFROTC program is especially interested in students in the engineering program at MC. Participation in the program will make students eligible for a financial scholarship for tuition and will require enrollment in ROTC courses and activities at UMD.

After completing your bachelor's degree and training, you will be commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Air Force. Career opportunities in the Air Force can include positions in the medical or law areas, science and engineering, flight operations and flight crews. Students may enroll in the program during the first or second year at Montgomery College.
