Verification of Student Enrollment

Mailed Requests

Easy Steps:

  1. Print the Verification of Student Enrollment Form.

  2. Fill in the entries in the Verification of Student Enrollment Form.

  3. The completed form MUST be signed by the student.

  4. Submit the completed Verification of Student Enrollment form and the fee ($5.00 per copy) to:
    Montgomery College, Campus Cashier,
    51 Manakee Street, Rockville MD 20850

  5. Verification of Student Enrollment requests are processed and mailed within (3) business days
    (7) business days are required during busy registration periods

Walk-In Requests

Easy Steps:

  1. Obtain a copy of the Verification of Student Enrollment Form in the Admissions Office.

  2. Fill in the entries in the Verification of Student Enrollment Form.

  3. The completed form MUST be signed by the student.

  4. Submit the completed Verification of Student Enrollment form and fee ($5.00 per copy) to the Campus Cashier on any campus.

  5. Pick up after (3)  business days at the registration counter.  
    Allow (7) business days for processing during busy registration periods.
    You do not need to wait in line.
