While participants are evaluated for eligibility on an individual basis, general requirements include the following:

•   U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
•   Age 19 or older
•   Montgomery County resident
•   Potential First-generation college student, meaning neither parent has a four-year college degree
•   Low-income verified by financial aid documents or Federal income tax return or as indicated on student's signed statement
