applied to or taken credit classes at MC, skip this step. |

Obtain a “Permission to Enroll” form from
your home college/university’s Registration Office. |

Fax this completed form to the MC campus that you
plan to attend.

Log on to MyMC |

to register and pay for your classes. The “Permission
to Enroll” form will enable the Office of Admissions &
Records to put overrides in the system, which will make your registration
possible. |

Bring your schedule and proof of a zero balance to
the campus you plan to attend in order to obtain a student ID card
and parking pass. (This may be done the first day of class or as
soon as you’ve made payment arrangements.) Go to: |

& Records. This form ensures that the courses successfully completed
at another institution will transfer back to MC and count toward
your degree goals. |
