Montgomery College Board of Trustees

Montgomery College Board of Trustees - 2002

The Board of Trustees is the governance body for Montgomery College, which enrolls approximately 21,000 students in credit programs at campuses in Rockville, Germantown, and Takoma Park, Maryland. In addition, approximately 24,000 students are enrolled in Continuing Education and Workforce Development programs.

The Governor, upon recommendation of a five-person nominating committee of local residents, appoints members of the Montgomery College Board of Trustees. With the exception of the student member, the Governor’s appointments are subject to State Senate confirmation.
