The Office of Facilities, Energy Management prepares Utility Master Plans for all three campuses. The plans are prepared in conjunction with College-wide Campus Master Plans in order to provide life cycle cost effective utility infrastructure to meet the existing and future needs of the College. Original plans were prepared in the early 1990s and were updated in 2006.

Sanitary Sewer Systems
Storm Water Drainage System
Central Plant Heating & Cooling Systems
Fuel Selection & Delivery Systems
Electrical Systems
Information Technology Facilities Infrastructure Systems
